Risk Of Repair
​
Sometimes your device or item maybe damaged beyond repair, or a prior repair attempt may have been made. In this case it is extremely important to note that repair jobs on electronics is extremely RISKY. There maybe a case where a job cannot be done due to issues with item or device. If your device or item is water damaged or liquid damaged even after the repair a risk of failure is still possible in the years to follow.

Shop warranty
​
Most repairs done in shop are covered by a limited warranty, this warranty can either be a one month warranty or three month depending on the item or device being repaired. This warranty does not cover issues that occur that are not related to the main service you received while shopping with us.

Repair Attempt Fee
​
In the case that your device or item is not repairable there is a service fee associated with this attempt. On motherboards and certain electronics we can spend upwards of hours working on trying to fix the issue. For that reason we charge a fee ranging from $50 to $100 depending on the item or device we are working on.

STORAGE
​
In the case that you cannot pickup your item or haven't completed payment within a timely manner of 1 month, your item or device will become property of SouthRidge Fix. This is due to the lack of Storage space that might occur while we hold your item or device for you. We always recommend you pay as soon as your service has been completed.
