This is a rebuild service for the instrument cluster on 2002 - 2004 Ford Super Duty (F-250, F-350, F-450, F-550, & Excursion SuperDuty) vehicles.
 
 The Ford instrument cluster is commonly referred to as the instrument panel, dash cluster, speedo, speedometer, gauge cluster, or cluster.
 
The Super Duty (or SuperDuty) instrument cluster has several common issues including intermittent power and the battery saver relay circuit. The most common problems are:
Intermittent power to radio, power windows, or interior dome light
Intermittent power to all gauges
Dim cluster due to faulty backlighting
Odometer screen dim or completely out
 
 
Replacing the instrument panel with a new one is not the best solution because the F-250, F-350, F-450, F-550, & Excursion replacement speedometers use the same faulty components as the original cluster.
 
We will rebuild your cluster, replacing not only the failed components, but also upgrade any components that typically fail Your instrument panel will arrive ready to install after repair.  There is NO PROGRAMMING REQUIRED after we rebuild the instrument cluster.  
 
The odometer mileage remains unchanged.  This repair service applies to all 2002-2004 Super Duty vehicles (gasoline and Powerstroke diesel trucks).
