WHAT IS A CORE CHARGE?
 
 
For our 1999-2002 GM full-size truck gauge clusters, the $150 core charge is included in the final price to ensure the return of your old cluster, also known as the "core."
These clusters are compatible with vehicles like the Chevrolet Silverado, GMC Sierra, Suburban, Tahoe, and Yukon.
 
Here’s how the core charge works:
 
 
Deposit at Purchase: The total price of the refurbished cluster includes the $150 core charge. For example, if the cluster costs $350, this amount already includes the $150 core charge.
 
Return Your Old Cluster: After you receive and install the refurbished cluster, simply return your old cluster to us. The core must be in repairable condition (not severely damaged or missing components).
 
Refund: Once we inspect the returned cluster and confirm it is suitable for refurbishment, we refund the $150 core charge back to you.
 
If you do not return your old cluster, the $150 core charge becomes non-refundable. This system helps us refurbish and recycle old clusters, keeping prices affordable while reducing waste.
